New photo lineup
The new photo lineup in PSIMS Anywhere will be similar to the photo lineup from RMS in the classic system, but will also include some enhancements thanks to its web interface.
To start a photo lineup, the user will search for the suspect in the lineup through RMS => Search => Persons. The name of the suspect and any other information is entered into the form to search for the suspect. Once the suspect is located, the Person Details screen should contain photos, booking photos, or case photos of the subject. (These can also be added through Case edit by clicking on the Edit button at the top of the page).

To select a photo for the lineup, the user will click on the checkbox in the top right corner of the photo card, which will show a Download Selected and Use for Lineup Button. (*Note: only one photo can be chosen for the lineup, if more than one photo is chosen, the Use for Lineup Button will not appear or disappear).

One the photo is chosen, and the Use for Lineup button is pressed, the user will be directed to the Photo Lineup – Generic Person Select screen. This screen will contain a form with the criteria the user wishes to include when searching for lineup photos.

The search automatically filters on Sex, Race, and ensures all returns are 18 years old or older. The available optional fields are:
DOB Range: This field allows the user to select the number of years before and after the suspects birth year to search for similar age.
Height: This field will be in the format of feet-inches without the feet-inch markers (i.e. 605 for 6’5”). This field has a deviation of 2 inches +/- suspect Height.
Weight: This field sets the weight of the search as a whole number (i.e. 208). This field has a deviation of 10 pounds +/- suspect Weight.
Build: This field sets the build of the search.
Hair Color: This field sets the hair color of the search.
Hair Style: This field sets the hair style of the search.
Facial Hair: This field sets the facial hair style of the search.
Eye Color: This field sets the eye color of the search.
Complexion: This field sets the complexion of the search.
Number of Photos: This field sets the number of photos the user wishes to return.
Upon submit, the selection criteria for the search will be displayed in the middle section of the screen (Figure 5), followed by the photos returned by the search. (*Note: Search may not return the exact number of photos requested. It will return all photos that match said criteria, up to the number requested)

Once up to 8 photos are chosen, the user clicks Submit button and photos will appear in a 3 x 3 Preshow grid. The user can swap positions of photos by clicking and dragging to the photo to swap.

Once the user finalizes the lineup, the Officer View button or Witness View button can be clicked to display the finalized lineup. The Officer View page will consist of the lineup in the last chosen order and the Name, Date of Birth, Sex, and Race will appear under each photo.

The Witness View page will consist of the lineup in the chosen order and a number for each photo for the witness to choose. The user can now print the lineup.

The print screen from the Officer View will preview the lineup as it will be printed. The user may change layout between Landscape and Portrait to find a preferential fit.
